B Cell Design is a French startup who develops an original concept of mucosal immunotherapy based on a new class of monoclonal antibody.
Thanks to the prospecting missions carried out under the RYME I program, we have completely revised our strategy for internationalization. The internationalization strategy has been separated into two differential approaches related to the activities: therapeutic on the one hand and IVD on the other hand. Indeed, the market, the time to market and the ways to access to the market are completely different for these two activities.
Our advice for the company who participate to RYME+ is: To identify the specificity of the market concerning 1) the adequacy between your offer and the specific needs of the targeted markets and 2) the specific way to access to these markets.
