Commercial Preparation

RYME+ has been working in the online adaptation of the methodology during the last months.

From July to September, RYME+ companies have been working in this first step of the online methodology with autonomy and independence that is called: Commercial Preparation, which includes two stages:
Firstly, they had to complete their own COMPANY PROFILE. The companies have complemented a qualitative and quantitative information questionnaire about their company, with questions such as: what problem are they helping to solve, their internationalization profile, how much international sales share they have, and their target markets. Also, they had to explain their interests for cooperation –partner’s activity sector, what profile of international partners are they looking for, what benefits they can offer to the partners…- Also, they pointed their preferences about their target markets in order to be eligible to the trade missions of Non-Sudoe territories.

Furthermore, within this first stage, they have completed their business model in a very synthetic way, in order to get individuals recommendations from RYME+ mentors on what they should adapt for affording successfully this internationalization process, making them think about their business model and commercial approach, and specially how it must be adapted to the international markets.

The second step is called: COMMERCIAL RECOMMENDATIONS. In this case, RYME+ mentors, using the information provided by the companies, have made an individual report for each company to make it think about their business model and commercial approach, and especially how it must be adapted to the international markets.
